Lebanon: For orders placed in Lebanon, we have a two-day return policy. You can submit a return request by email or by Instagram Direct Message.
If your return request is authorised and postage is necessary, you will get shipping instructions through email.
After the product is returned, and passes inspection, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. ONLY REFUNDS IN STORE CREDIT
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Postage must be paid prior to mailing.
Please obtain tracking information of your return as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns with no tracking provided.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and any shipping costs paid are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on our website for the amount of the return.
